How to Install
xHow to Measure your door
Please measure the height and width of your door using a measuring tape, as shown in the picture. We recommend using a physical tape measure, since phone measurements may not be accurate.
HOW TO INSTALL
Installing your The Setuu door mural is simple and seamless, just follow these steps:

• Prepare the Surface:
Ensure your door surface is plain, clean, and completely dry. For best results, install in low-moisture areas to enhance durability and longevity. -
• Peel & Position:
Gently peel the backing from the sticker. Start applying the vinyl from one end of the design, aligning it carefully as you go. -
• Apply Smoothly:
Use a squeegee (or a flat card) to press the sticker onto the surface. Smooth it out gradually to avoid air bubbles and ensure a flawless finish. -
• Trim the Edges:
Once fully applied, use a cutter to neatly trim any excess material along the edges for a clean, polished look.

• In Mumbai: Installation service is available at a fixed rate of ₹25 per sq. feet. Requirement: Please ensure all door locks and handles are removed prior to our team's arrival for a seamless installation.

We are pleased to offer shipping services to virtually any address across India. Please note that we currently focus on domestic fulfillment to ensure the highest quality of service for our Indian customers.
As each of our products is custom-crafted to your specific door measurements, please allow for a total delivery time of 8-9 business days. This period includes both the production of your custom order and the transit time to your doorstep.
For Mumbai Installation Orders: Professional installation is scheduled post 7-8 business days from the date of your order to allow for custom printing and logistics. If you anticipate being unavailable during that period, please contact us on WhatsApp to reschedule or pre-book a specific date.
Our shipping structure is divided into two primary zones: Within Maharashtra and Outside Maharashtra. While the zones are fixed, please note that shipping rates for our products are volumetric-based to ensure fair pricing for different product dimensions. Volumetric calculations ensure that larger mural Size are handled with the appropriate logistical care.
When you place an order, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone and the volumetric dimensions of your items.
Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, which are tailored to your specific measurements, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing selections. All sales are final.
We only offer a replacement or refund if the product is delivered in a damaged condition. To qualify for a claim, you must provide clear video proof of both the unboxing of the package and the installation process. Any claims without this continuous video evidence will not be entertained.
If your item is damaged, please email your video proof and order number to teamthesetuu@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once our team verifies the damage, we will notify you via e-mail regarding the approval of your replacement or refund.
